Oral and dental health services of disabled and mentally retarded patients who cannot be treated in outpatient clinic conditions are performed under general anesthesia in the operating room environment. More than one operation for oral and dental health is performed in the same session at once. General anesthesia; It is the process of eliminating consciousness and feeling of pain by administering drugs through the vein, breathing gas from the lungs or applying both together. General anesthesia, which is similar to a deep sleep state, provides a state of complete loss of consciousness and painlessness.
