 Shooting, filling, etc. in polyclinics. Fixed and removable prostheses are made for patients who have undergone procedures and are referred to the prosthesis clinic by their physician. In our clinics; Fixed prosthesis (crown-bridge), which is based on the support of neighboring teeth to fill the gaps formed in the case of one or more tooth loss, is usually a partial prosthesis that the patient can put on and remove the prosthesis made instead of the missing teeth, and receive support from the remaining teeth and the soft tissues surrounding the teeth ( hooked prosthesis), total prosthesis, bridge removal and cementation procedures are performed for completely edentulous mouths.

MOVABLE PROSTHESIS;

It is applied by the dentist in our center to eliminate the loss of nutritional function, speech and aesthetic problems that occur due to partial and complete tooth loss. Prosthesis procedures are continued under laboratory conditions. The average completion time of the procedure is 15-20 working days after the mouth is prepared. The alternative to the procedure is the implant in suitable individuals. When a removable prosthesis is made during the prosthesis measurement, this prosthesis may play in the mouth, speech may be impaired, bad smell and taste may remain in the mouth, food may accumulate under the prosthesis, the tongue may be disturbed, and the teeth may be damaged by the hook. With the removable prosthesis, very effective biting and tearing cannot be done, the total/partial prosthesis may create bumps in the soft tissues in the mouth and cause pain and soreness in the oral tissues during the first period of use. If the prosthesis or prosthesis parts are broken, the repair process may not be like the original. The teeth on the prosthesis may fall out. The aesthetics of the prosthesis is relative. No guarantee can be given that the prosthesis will give satisfactory results. Allergy may develop due to prosthesis in allergic people. If the prosthesis is not made; joint problems, stomach problems due to loss of chewing, shifting and elongation of existing teeth can be observed.

FIXED PROSTHESIS;

It is the process of completing the missing teeth by reducing the teeth in order to eliminate the partial tooth deficiency caused by poor oral hygiene, dental caries and accidents. This procedure is performed by the dentist in the outpatient clinic within 15-30 days. Following the measurement, it is necessary to come to the rehearsal at least 2 times. Root canal treatment may be required for the reduced tooth after tooth cutting, and filling for decayed teeth. If oral care is insufficient during and after fixed prosthesis application, there may be bleeding in the gums. If the prosthesis is to be renewed, there may be cracks and breaks in the prosthesis and tooth while the prosthesis is removed. With the complete dislocation of the existing tooth, the prosthesis planning may change. The alternative to the procedure is implant and removable prosthesis. If treatment is not done; tooth elongation, displacement, decay due to disuse, loss of function and joint problems may develop. In case of any problem, our center dentist should be consulted.
